the reception staff was helpful i was pleased about that the cleaning was efficient daily the room had a nice balcony it overlooked the pool area.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
easy access refreshing swims comfy lounger
The location provided easy access to the town center. The outdoor pool offered refreshing swims after sightseeing (it really helped with the Santorini heat!). I appreciated the comfy loungers and fresh pool towels provided daily. The air conditioning in my room worked great. The staff also provided helpful information about tours.
The bathroom was quite small. The shower was also a bit cramped.

musty smell outdated furniture
The location was quite good. It was close to the centre.
i was very disappointed with the room we received. the furniture seemed outdated, and there was a musty smell. also, the tv did not work, frustrating after a long day.

helpful staff convenient towels non-functioning air conditioning missing curtains
i found the reception staff helpful. they assisted with local information and directions. the pool was quite large with comfortable sun beds. the hotel provided pool towels, and that was convenient. i also noticed daily housekeeping. this.
the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. there were no curtains, and the shutter did not fully block the light. this made it difficult to sleep well. i also smelled bleach in the bathroom. the toilet had not been flushed. this was not a pleasant experience.

fantastic santorini experience
convenient location refreshing pool daily housekeeping helpful team
the location was convenient being a short walk to the bus stop and the heart of town. i especially enjoyed the refreshing pool area finding it easy to relax. daily housekeeping kept my room tidy and fresh it was very well maintained. the team at reception were so helpful offering great tips for exploring.
i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing in the room especially in the mornings.

fantastic stay near fira center!
convenient location relaxing pool cute staff terrace space
I had such a great time at this hotel! the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the center and the bus station. i especially liked the pool. It was perfect. the staff was cute and helpful (.). i also appreciated the space on the terrace for drying clothes.
The room decor felt slightly dated. A refresh would be amazing, but it was still clean and functional.

the front office staff is amazing, super helpful, and kind to every guest. the staff can help you book tours quickly. they even allowed early use of the pool before check-in and provided luggage storage.

a lovely pool gets loads of sun, and many sunbeds and parasols surround it. rooms include a fridge and kettle (so useful!). the hotel also provides free parking arriving with their own vehicles.
